Abstract

The author considers this method of customs control as identification examination with the help of which customs bodies carry out the classification of goods in accordance with the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian economic Union. A brief analysis of the court decisions on the appointment and conduct of expert examination for customs purposes.
