Abstract

The object of the study is the norms of customs law on customs control in the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Federal Law on Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the objective necessity of the changes made to the customs legislation related to the regulation of customs control. The expansion of the list of objects of customs control is justified. The author's position is formulated on the attribution to the objects of customs control of goods that have acquired the status of goods of the Union, as well as goods imported by individuals for personal needs and released into free circulation
