Abstract

The object of the study is the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the work is to establish common and specific features of the Special Part of the Criminal Law of Kazakhstan with the criminal law of Russia. The author used the analysis and the comparative legal method in the study. Structural components of the Special Part of the Criminal Law of Kazakhstan have been studied, common features with the Russian criminal law have been identified, attention has been drawn to the specific elements of construction. The author comes to the conclusion that when constructing the Special Part, the legislator of the Republic of Kazakhstan relies on the domestic experience of constructing his own criminal law, but also uses the experience of constructing the criminal law of foreign countries
