Abstract

The object of the study is the norms of the civil law and the town planning law on the demolition of construction projects. The purpose of the work is to identify the civil law and public law features of the institution of demolition, which delimit it from a construction contract. There is substantiated the necessity of introducing the institution of demolition into the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. There is formulated the author's position that the demolition has its own legal features that delimit it from the construction contract
