Abstract

The object of the study is the norms of domestic and foreign law regulating the production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, as well as limiting the consumption (drinking) of alcoholic products. The aim of the work is to identify legal restrictions and prohibitions for minors in regulating the circulation of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, taking into account the world practice of the World Health Organization, as well as the legislative provisions of the Russian Federation. The author's position on the issues of Russian policy towards minors is formulated, considering general world trends and priorities
