Abstract

The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that punishment in the form of a ban on holding certain positions and engaging in certain activities is one of the most widely used alternative punishments. However, there are a number of problematic issues that arise in the process of execution of this punishment by criminal enforcement inspections. In this regard, the object of the study is regulatory legal acts regulating the procedure for the execution of punishment in the form of a ban on holding certain positions and engaging in certain activities. The purpose of the work is to identify problematic aspects that arise in the practice of criminal enforcement inspections in the execution of this type of punishment for further improvement of legislation
