Abstract

The object of research is the following concepts of family law: consent, agreement, contract. The purpose of this study is to determine the lexical meaning, the correlation of these concepts, the legal forms of "consent" regulated in the RF IC. The priority of individual legal regulation using contractual structures is substantiated, since such regulation is more flexible than the legislative one. The author's position is formulated on the importance of individual regulation of family relations, that an agreement and a contract are a form of consent, on the need to exclude the adjective "mutual" from the text edition of the principle of family law "resolving intra-family issues by mutual consent"
