Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of mortgage lending to land plots in modern Russia. A general description of this type of lending is given, its key features are highlighted. An analysis of the legal regulation of mortgage lending to land in the Russian Federation was carried out. Various programs of preferential mortgage lending were considered, allowing in certain cases to purchase land plots as well. The key problems in the field of mortgage lending of land plots have been identified to date and possible ways to solve them have been identified.
