The object of the study is agreements regulating family relations that are not specified in the Family code but provided for by other legislative acts of the Russian Federation. The purpose of this study is to determine the ratio of public and private interest when concluding agreements of a different industry nature. The article discusses the issues of whether family members have the right to conclude agreements regulating family rights and (or) obligations regulated by other (non-FC RF) legislative acts of the Russian Federation. The author discusses the possibility of using contractual structures regulated by other industry legislation the importance of public interest in family law and the need to take it into account when concluding agreements of a different industry nature.
