Trust and integrity in division of common property of spouses

The author considers the question of the concept of the principle of trust in public and private law. The object of the study is the application of the principle of trust and good faith in family law. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the possibility of using the principles of trust and good faith in the settlement of disputes related to the division of marital property. With the help of general logical methods of theoretical analysis, system analysis, formal legal method and interpretation, the issues of the correlation of the principles of trust and good faith in disputes related to the division of property of spouses are investigated. Criteria for determining trust are proposed, examples of the use of principles for dispute resolution are given.
