Abstract

Conducting an anti-corruption examination is a measure to prevent corruption. However, the enforcement practice of the relevant legislation reveals a number of problems. The object of the study is the legal regulation of the anti-corruption examination of normative legal acts and their projects as one of the measures to prevent corruption offenses. Issues of organizational and legal support for conducting anti-corruption examinations are raised. The methodology for conducting anti-corruption examinations is analyzed. The subject of the study is the problems of law enforcement that arise in the field of anti-corruption examination in modern conditions.
