Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of the organization and operation of digital trade infrastructure in Russia. Taking into account the ever-increasing need to use digital trading platforms, the article analyzes the latest changes in legislation regarding the remote format of trading. The article highlights the main regulatory legal acts aimed at the development of digital commerce and raises issues of improving legislation. Thus, the sphere of protection of personal data of participants in trade transactions, as well as the protection of the exclusive rights of copyright holders, is seen as an important direction for improving legal regulation
