Abstract

The article is devoted to certain types of criminological characteristics of the personality of a penitentiary criminal employee, in particular, the level of education, employment, age, etc. The conclusions are obtained as a result of the analysis of judicial practice on the facts of crimes committed by employees during their service in penitentiary institutions. Additionally, some types of characteristics of employees of penitentiary criminals are considered, depending on certain types of crimes.
