Abstract

This article discusses the problematic issues that arise during the execution of parole by the staff of penal enforcement inspections. The author presents some suggestions for improving this area of activity of criminal enforcement inspections. Due to the fact that there is no information in due volume, the author provides some provisions that should be followed when monitoring this category of accounting. On the example of practical situations, examples of the implementation of proposals to improve the activities of employees of the penal enforcement inspectorate are given
