Abstract

The article is devoted to a brief description of ways to manage a block of flats, provided by housing legislation. Advantages and disadvantages of specific ways of management of block of flats such as direct owners of the flats’ management, management of owners of the flats’ association or housing cooperative, or another specialized consumer cooperative; administration of management organization are being discussed. Organizational and legal remedies to solve existing problems in the considered.
