Abstract

The article examines the issues of the relationship between the child's right to upbringing and education – in interaction with the relevant rights and obligations of his parents and other legal educators. The characteristics of the elements of the content of the right to education are given, the most relevant of them are specified – the choice of an educational institution, individual training, the safety of the educational environment, etc. The author analyzes the structure of the child's responsibilities in the educational sphere – in comparison with family legislation, in which it is absent, although it is implied through the right of parents to raise and educate a child.
