Ценности как основа формирования законодательства и правоприменительной практики

Abstract

The article raises the issues of compliance of the development of legislation with the proclaimed traditional values as the basic idea of the development of Russian society. It is determined that the content of certain traditional values (for example, the priority of the spiritual over the material) is quite new to the legal system and requires changes to previously adopted normative legal acts. Despite the general theoretical, and in some cases the general philosophical understanding of values, they find their own refraction in the legal system, including within the framework of branch sciences.
