Abstract

The article discusses certain issues of understanding family traditions, the connection of family traditions with traditional family values, and traditional family values ​​with Russian spiritual, moral and cultural-historical values. The author expresses the opinion that the family traditions of Russians can be divided into three groups: secular, confessional and national, and individual, and expresses hope for the revival and strengthening of traditional family values ​​in Russia.
