Взаимосвязь трудовых и социальных прав для обеспечения прав и интересов родителей по воспитанию детей

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of the relationship between labor law and social security law in order to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of family members with children. The author analyzes the features of the organization of the system of social support for families with children and, above all, mothers. In order to form a unified, comprehensive and normatively regulated system of social support for families with children, proposals for improving the current legislation are formulated. Individual measures of social support are analyzed from the point of view of ensuring the labor and social rights of women with children.
