Abstract

This article examines alternative methods for resolving administrative disputes in Russia, focusing on mediation and extrajudicial administrative tribunals. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are discussed. Within the context of mediation, the role of mediators and legislative changes that strengthen their qualification requirements are explored. Regarding administrative tribunals, their potential and the complexities of their implementation into the Russian legal system are analyzed. The study indicates that despite certain challenges, alternative methods can contribute to speeding up dispute resolution, reducing the burden on the judicial system, and improving the public perception of justice.
