Abstract

The penal enforcement legislation at this stage of reform is undergoing changes related to the harmonization of the penal enforcement system. At this stage of development, it remains relevant to implement operational investigative activities in the criminal justice system both in places of deprivation of liberty and in places of detention, as well as in the implementation of criminal law measures related to serving a sentence without isolation from society. In this regard, the PPE needs changes at the regulatory legal level to identify goals and objectives related not only to the implementation of ORDOS in a correctional institution, but also to the implementation of ORDOS in a pre-trial detention center, as well as in the implementation of punishments not related to isolation from society. In the course of the empirical method of studying this problem, this article examines some aspects of these changes.
