A comprehensive legislative framework for the mediation of the constitutional right to housing

Abstract

The article provides a legal and normative-technical assessment of the legal structure of the constitutional right to housing in the Russian Federation in relation to all levels of the legal system, taking into account the positions of legal scholars and approaches formed on the basis of law enforcement practice. The existing contradictions and gaps in the current legislation are identified.
