Practical training experience for future customs specialists

Despite the apparent simplicity of finding a job these days using information systems and programs that promote employment, and with a variety of information about vacancies, graduates still have difficulties with labor self-determination. Therefore, the task of the university is not only to provide professional training, but also to create conditions for proper work orientation. The purpose of this article is to consider the procedure for organizing practical training for students majoring in Customs at the Faculty of Law of the Tver State University (hereinafter – TvSU). It is concluded that, taking into account existing opportunities, students, starting from the 3rd year, can build an individual educational trajectory and consciously make a choice of future employment. In addition, successful completion of an internship or internship can become the basis for further employment. The practical significance of the work lies in the further development of cooperation between the university and employers in order to form a reliable understanding of employment among students, taking into account their qualifications.
