Abstract

The author identifies and substantiates the the specific legal aspects of family relationships that arise when a child is born to unmarried minor parents. The legal status of minor parents is examined through the prism of the conflict of private interests of the minor parent, the child of the minor parent and the parents of the minor parent, as well as public interest represented by the guardianship and trusteeship authority and the guardian assigned to the child of the minor parent.
