Abstract

Early motherhood and parenthood cover a wide range of issues, including legal, social, psychological, pedagogical, etc. They are all so interconnected that their study is possible only in a comprehensive way. At the same time, the legal analysis of the situation demonstrates the need for a clearer regulation of the legal status of a minor mother, from the position that she herself is not a mature person (a child due to age), and the fact of the birth of a child is a traumatic situation for her, affecting the newborn, including. At the same time, there is no concept of a "minor mother" in family legislation, which, in the author's opinion, is an omission and requires changes aimed at specifying the legal status of a minor mother.
