О компенсации морального вреда в связи с утратой родственных связей с матерью

Abstract

The article is devoted to compensation for moral damage in connection with the loss of family ties with the mother. In it, the author analyzes the existing judicial practice related to the suffering of moral suffering, and presents a system of criteria for the specified harm, which are taken into account by the court when making a decision on a specific case. Special attention is paid to "circumstances that deserve attention" (Article 151 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The research methods are formal logic, comparative analysis of legal categories, synthesis (generalization), complexity and a systematic approach.
