Информационная безопасность детей: правовые основы и социальные проблемы

Abstract

Currently, information technologies are developing very quickly and, accordingly, the problem of ensuring information security arises. Particular attention should be paid to the information security of children. The author highlights the causes and consequences of the negative impact of the Internet, and also shows what information is prohibited or limited in distribution, as causing harm to the health and development of children. The article lists ways of protecting and helping children from both society and the state. In the work, general scientific and special methods of cognition were used, including methods of formal logic (description, analysis), as well as the formal-legal method.
