Abstract

The article analyzes the main instruments of the regulatory and social-legal framework for the protection and promotion of the social institution of motherhood. The data of the operational accounting of the Federal State Statistics Service on birth and mortality for the period of 2024 are provided. In connection with the growth of the demographic crisis, state mechanisms for the protection and promotion of motherhood are considered.
