Abstract

The enforcement procedure affects the rights and interests not only of the parties to the enforcement proceedings themselves, but also the rights and interests of their family members. Many rules are aimed at ensuring the interests of family members in enforcement proceedings. Among them, the rules of property immunity, the definition of the types of income of the debtor-citizen, which cannot be levied, the establishment of the amount of deductions from wages and other income of the debtor, etc. are particularly distinguished. In enforcement proceedings, any decisions related to the interests of family members of the claimant or debtor, especially their imperfect children under State protection, require a balanced approach based on its principles.
