Классификация правовых средств обеспечения единообразия судебной практики по гражданским делам

Abstract

The article analyzes the legal means of ensuring uniformity of judicial practice in civil cases. The essence of legal means in general and in relation to the issue considered in the article is investigated. The classification of these legal means is proposed, taking into account the analysis of the current legal regulation. Legal means have been allocated concerning the determination of the jurisdiction of a civil case, evidence in civil cases, the form and content of judicial acts, publication of judicial acts, verification and revision of judicial acts. The organizational and legal means of ensuring uniformity of judicial practice are separately considered and classified.
