Abstract

The object of the study is the legal relations arising in connection with the activities of persons in the field of customs. The subject of the study is the norms of customs law. The purpose of the study is to identify gaps in the legal regulation of the activities of persons in the field of customs, taking into account the latest changes in customs legislation, to develop proposals for improving the legal norms governing the activities of these persons, in particular, electronic commerce operators. It is necessary to adjust the rules governing the activities of persons in the field of customs.
