Some aspects of the concept of “financial culture” from the point of view of financial and legal approaches

In the framework of the presented article, the interdisciplinary category "financial culture" is analyzed from the point of view of financial and legal approaches. The article substantiates the opinion on the relationship between financial culture and financial legal awareness, which includes financial and legal feelings, financial and legal knowledge and financial and legal beliefs and results in relatively stable, legally significant financial behavior that extends to all forms of law implementation. The assumption is confirmed, according to which financial culture can be characterized as a dispositive element of the imperative method of financial and legal regulation - the method of authoritative prescriptions. It is concluded that the process of forming a financial culture is one of the areas of government management activities directly related to public financial activities and carried out in both legal and non-legal forms.
