Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of organization and activities of legal clinics as independent participants of the non-governmental system of free legal aid. The article highlights the problems arising in connection with the imperfection of by-laws regulating the activities of clinics, as well as with the documentation of the process of consulting citizens. Of particular interest is the analysis of the latest changes in the legislation on free legal aid and their impact on the activities of legal clinics. The research methods are formal logic, synthesis (generalization), complexity and systems approach.
