Abstract

The object of research is social relations in the sphere of criminal law protection of minors from information attacks in the form of dangerous Internet challenges. The subject of research is criminal law norms regulating liability for involving minors in actions that pose a danger to their life and health. The aim is to identify gaps in the criminal law protection of minors from information attacks in the form of "Internet challenges." The methods used include general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, abstraction, deduction and induction) and specific scientific methods of cognition (formal legal, critical legal and legal hermeneutics method). The results of the study showed a significant gap in regulating the dissemination of information that encourages minors to perform dangerous actions through content placement in the digital environment. Measures are proposed to improve criminal legislation and mechanisms for countering the spread of dangerous content.
