Взаимодействие органов местного самоуправления с правоохранительными органами Российской Федерации в сфере противодействия коррупции

Abstract

Combating corruption is one of the permanent tasks of the State, in the implementation of which all public authorities and elements of civil society should be involved. In this regard, the question arises of optimal interaction of various anti–corruption actors to achieve a common goal - to prevent, combat and minimize/eliminate the consequences of corruption offenses. The article examines the interaction of local governments with law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation in the field of anti-corruption. A number of problems of such interaction have been identified, and questions are being raised about the choice of forms and methods of joint work between local governments and law enforcement agencies in this area.
