Abstract

The relevance of the article's topic is due to the low degree of impact of the application of criminal liability measures on the level of actual execution of court orders. Strengthening criminal liability measures against debtors is an independent way to increase the effectiveness of enforcement proceedings. The condition for bringing a debtor to criminal liability under Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is the initiation of an enforcement proceeding in accordance with the established procedure.
