Abstract

The object of the research is civil law disputes arising between the parties to the contracts on the integrated development of the territory. The subject of the study is court acts on disputes regarding the contracts on the integrated development of the territory. The purpose of the research is to identify the current problems that arise for the parties to such a contract and the persons who conclude it, and to propose a systematic solution to the identified problems. The objectives of the research are to identify the most interesting court acts within the given topic, to determine the ways of resolving these problems by the courts, and to reveal the shortcomings of these methods. The methods used by the author are dialectical, analysis, synthesis, and comparison of judicial practice.
