Abstract

This article examines practical issues related to the division of land plots and other real estate in the joint ownership of spouses, with regard to compliance with established requirements for the resulting land plots. The purpose of this study is to identify the specifics of the actual division of land plots and other real estate in the joint ownership of spouses through judicial proceedings.
