Abstract

The article is devoted to certain issues of the implementation of children's rights contained in Chapter 11 of the Family Code of the Russian Federation. The features and shortcomings of the substantive and procedural status of the child are identified. In particular, the problems of legal regulation that arise when courts consider parental disputes regarding place of residence and the procedure for communication, as well as alimony disputes concerning the maintenance of minor children, were identified.
