Abstract

The article examines the current aspects of the life of the obligation in the family law sphere (its key institutions: marriage, parenthood, and childhood) – in the context of the prerequisites of the specifics of its content, functioning, and provision of measures of influence in case of its non-fulfillment (improper fulfillment). The article analyzes the doctrinal and legislative approaches to this issue. It proposes options for interpreting the current norms on family-law obligations and for adjusting (completing) the relevant legal provisions.
