Участие законного представителя несовершеннолетнего потерпевшего в ходе производства по уголовному делу

Abstract

The article analyzes certain issues related to the regulation of the legal status of legal representatives in criminal cases involving crimes committed against minors. The object of the study is the legal relations arising from the need to involve legal representatives of minor victims in criminal proceedings, and the article analyzes the problems associated with this institution, as well as certain issues related to the participation of legal representatives in investigative actions. The article also analyzes the relevant legal positions of the Supreme and Constitutional Courts of the Russian Federation and addresses the problematic issues of applying criminal procedure legislation.
