К проблеме унификации понятийного аппарата в праве социального обеспечения

Abstract

This article analyzes the need to standardize the conceptual framework used in the field of social protection in the Russian Federation. The author examines individual social support measures provided for by current legislation, analyzing them in the context of their relationship with other measures proposed to be referred to as social assistance measures. Contradictions in legal regulations are noted, which lead to difficulties in interpreting legislative provisions and in law enforcement. It is proposed to amend current legislation to eliminate ambiguities and contradictions associated with the inaccurate use of terminology in the field of social security.
