Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the provision of social guarantees at the municipal level. The article presents an analysis of the functional and competence mechanisms of the activities of local governments in the field of social policy implementation. The emphasis is placed on the specifics of regulatory and legal regulation, organizational and managerial models and the problems of resource provision in the provision of social services to the population within a single municipality.
