Abstract

The article explores the issues of concluding collective agreements as a form of social partnership in the aspect of increasing the investment activity of employees. Today, innovations in the field of investment in the Russian economy based on the internal capabilities of Russian society are seen as a very relevant task. However, there are certain problems with the use of option programs and the distribution of shares to employees as a way to increase their participation in investment processes. Moreover, such activities should be driven by the interests of the state and be consistent with the basic principles of Russia's economic activities, especially in the face of economic restrictions imposed by unfriendly countries. The research methods include formal logic, comparative analysis of legal categories, synthesis (generalization), and complexity and system approach.
