Abstract

With the development of digital technologies, artificial intelligence (AI) is being actively integrated into the educational process. Of particular interest is its use in teaching subjects that require not only memorization, but also analytical thinking. For students of non-legal specialties, studying law becomes a challenging task, including due to the large volume of information and specific legal terminology. This article examines both positive and negative practices of using AI in the context of studying such disciplines as Jurisprudence and Civil Law. It is concluded that the use of AI in teaching legal disciplines can significantly improve the quality of the educational process and expand the capabilities of both students and teachers. At the same time, the risks of using AI in the educational process are highlighted, including through examples of AI-generated tasks in specific areas of law. Taking this latter circumstance into account, the article contains proposals for the effective and safe use of AI technologies in the educational process.
