Направления совершенствования административной ответственности за нарушения законодательства в области охраны окружающей среды в Республике Беларусь

Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of implementing administrative liability in the area of environmental protection, including a special basis for exempting individuals from liability with the imposition of a preventive measure in the form of a warning. It also analyzes the prerequisites for introducing an offense for unlawful acts related to failure to regulate the spread and population of invasive plant species. The issues discussed allow us to formulate proposals aimed at improving the administrative-tort sanction protecting a group of public relations related to environmental protection.
