The article reflects the practical aspects of determining the interrelation of property objects in public-private partnership projects, particularly in concession agreements. It examines the law enforcement practices of judicial and antimonopoly authorities in assessing the technological and/or functional interrelation of objects. The study highlights the criteria and factors influencing the determination of the presence or absence of such interrelations. The findings emphasize the effectiveness of a practical approach for establishing legislative criteria that define the existence or absence of technological and/or functional interrelations between objects. This research contributes to addressing legislative gaps in the field.
