Collectivity as an element in the formation of the system of legal relations (on the example of family law and family legislation)

The purpose of the study is to reveal the essence and functions of collectivity through the system-structural method, identifying its role in ensuring the integrity of the legal system. The main methods are theoretical analysis. It is established that collectivity in a broad sense is understood as a principle of systemic coherence, while in a narrow sense, it is a legal regime forming a collective subject (a married couple) with the following features: procedural unity, interchangeability, and indivisibility of the result. The conclusion is made that collectivity serves as a universal mechanism for the integration of legal relations, and its study allows for the development of a toolkit for analyzing complex legal relations in various branches of law.
