Abstract

The article analyzes the constitutional and legal nature of the unity of the peoples of Russia, its significance as a traditional value of the Russian state, and examines the role of the judiciary in protecting the unity of the peoples of Russia as a spiritual and moral value. The judiciary is viewed not only as an institution for resolving disputes, but also as an important state body for preserving Russia's civilizational identity. The unity of the country's peoples is analyzed through the lens of a spiritual and moral category, where law serves as a form of external expression of internal moral imperatives.
