Abstract

This article is based on the author's presentation at the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Constitutional and Legal Foundations for Ensuring the Unity of the Peoples of Russia as a Traditional Spiritual and Moral Value" held at Tver State University on April 25, 2026. It is emphasized that defining the content of constitutional axiology and identifying its structure as a system of values for a modern constitutional state, with the family at its core, is one of the key tasks of legal science. As a result of this research, the author concludes that spiritual and moral identity is not a passport with a residence permit, but a feeling of "I belong here." Here, the law plays the role of a gardener, not a warden.
